An excellent, well written practical resource. If you care about fitness at any level , you will want to read it.
First, let me just say that this is an absolutely wonderful book. If you are looking for a sexual how-to book, keep browsing. But if you are looking for something to help make you stronger in the places you need it most to improve sexual performance, look no further. I am an extremely active person and I have been working out for the majority of my adult life. I was pretty sure I knew every exercise under the sun, but this book introduced me to several new exercises for areas that often get overlooked. Another great thing about this book is that it requires very little equipment. Most of the exercises you can do at home or at your local pool. On top of all that it is well-written and easy to follow with great pictures and directions on each exercise. I have had the book for a little over three weeks and in that short time it has proven to be very effective. I am excited to continue following the plans laid out in this book and the satisfaction it is sure to bring both myself and my partner.
This is an excelent book for learning the correct ways to do new exercises. I have been very surprised at the quick improvement to various muscles
and I am really looking forward to trying the water exercises. This book has given me new and different ways to improve all aspect of life.
This book is easy to understand and doesn't leave you with the overwhelmed feeling so common with physical training books. The exercises are concise and require very little in the way of equipment. A useful book!
